Mikvah Be'er Yeshaya is being built in DeLand, Florida to serve Jewish families in Volusia County and travelers throughout the North-Central Florida corridor.
DeLand is a small, peaceful city in Volusia County, in the heart of North-Central Florida. It sits along the corridor connecting Orlando and Daytona Beach, making it a natural meeting point for Jewish families, students, and travelers throughout the region. The Jewish community here, anchored by Congregation Netivos Abir Yaakov, is growing, and it is building the Torah infrastructure a permanent community needs.
DeLand families currently travel 35+ minutes to the nearest mikvah, and availability is limited. Mikvah Be'er Yeshaya is being built to give the community dependable local access to taharah with dignity, privacy, and kedusha.
The mikvah currently serves 12 users, with 45+ expected once the new mikvah opens, in addition to visitors and Orlando-area travelers who pass through Central Florida.
